- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

- Own and optimize all processes and aspects of the fleet vehicle lifecycle for assigned Caliber business line (Protech, Auto Glass, Collision, and Corporate fleet).
- Manage day-to-day internal fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are compliant, keeping accurate inventory of company assets, and proper utilization across all markets.
- Evaluate and analyze lease terms, mileage data, and lifecycle costs to determine the optimal timing for vehicle disposal and acquisition.
- Develop data-driven recommendations that balance operational needs, cost efficiency, and long-term sustainability of the fleet.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely repairs through coordination with vendors, dealerships, and internal partners while negotiating parts/labor rates to ensure the highest quality repair, while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate fleet data and generate performance reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and risk areas.
- Support strategic planning related to fleet expansion, replacement cycles, and standardization initiatives along with safety programs.
- Partner with leadership to forecast fleet needs and assist in budgeting, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex or high-impact fleet issues across the company related to Internal Fleet.
