Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to focus on client product/service requirements across key industries
  • Lead annual sales plan and sales compensation plans
  • Work closely with Senior Stakeholders on financial planning and performance reporting
  • Lead, develop, and support a high-performing sales department
  • Motivate and energize staff to make proactive decisions in client communications
  • Assess the competitive landscape and make changes to the sales proposition
  • Uncover opportunities within the current client portfolio to win new business
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and functions
  • Work closely with the Global Director Groups, Meetings, and Events to ensure operational alignment
