Requirements
  • You have an undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with shipping consumer facing software.
  • Ability to work with peers and stakeholders to develop a strategic roadmap that contributes towards company wide objectives.
  • Able to identify, communicate, and mitigate technical and non-technical project risks
  • Strong written and verbal skills, and can develop effective and efficient organizational mechanisms.
  • Is able to develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure success of a program or project.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with engineering, product management, UX design, cybersecurity, and vendors to define requirements, set priorities, and establish scope
  • Developing and owning a communication strategy to proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and leadership. Driving projects to completion, with clear, measurable impact to the business.
  • Owning processes such as the annual and quarterly OKR planning process. Ensuring that all product teams are driving toward measurable goals. Identifying roadblocks and reporting status back to leadership.
  • Managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.
  • Driving internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
  • Driving the team to stay on plan and within budget
  • Tracking issues and aggressively working with the team to close issues.
