Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
  • Wrap, label, and price products.
  • Prepare products for the service meat case.
  • Perform suggestive selling and product sampling.
  • Receive products from the warehouse.
  • Stock, straighten, and rotate products in meat cases and coolers.
  • Provide customers with proper cooking instructions.
  • Check and maintain proper temperature controls for coolers, freezers, and the cutting room.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and meat cases according to company safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • At closing, pull products from the service meat case for proper storage.
  • Perform other duties assigned by store management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Store/Facility Teammates should have a minimum of six months of employment with Schnucks.
  • Store Support Center Teammates should have a minimum of one year of employment with Schnucks.
  • Internal candidates must be in good standing and not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline.
  • Internal candidates invited for an interview must have manager approval based on performance.
