  • Create and manage overall timelines for each project
  • Own approvals on creative work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage partner relationships and holistically oversee and be responsible for your areas
  • Assist with Strategy, Creative, Design phases of the projects
  • Manage internal and client weekly status documents
  • Manage meeting Agendas & Minutes
  • Create presentation decks for Clients, partners and for internal usage
  • Team administration
  • Supporting across all phases of the delivery of all Amex event activations
  • Supporting with time reconciliations and finance administration
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the UK
  • Be willing to push back in order to create a flawless (and premium) experience for clients
  • Reporting directly into the Senior Account Manager/Account Manager, American Express, but with a dotted line into the Account Director, American Express
Desired Qualifications
  • Agency experience preferred, although not a requirement
