What We’re Looking For:
Sift is looking for a smart, savvy Senior Account Manager who’s equal parts perceptive, passionate customer advocate and resourceful, revenue-growing powerhouse.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute an expansion cross-sell strategy with your book of business.
- Let customers know more about Sift’s product suite and help build business solutions.
- Work through and negotiate commercial and financial deals, including renewals.
What would make you a strong fit:
- 5+ years of SaaS account management experience.
- You’ve managed a sales quota, and hit it!
- Display prior success in a customer-facing role at a technology company working with strategic customers.
- Cultivate comfort with a technical, data-oriented product; you know what an API is and the difference between HTML and JavaScript.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and solid business judgment.
- Work well with a team of experts; navigating across roles and audiences (technical and business, internal and external); experience working and being successful in a remote role.
- Display a strong desire to learn and problem-solve.
- Be creative, coachable, collaborative, detail-oriented, goal-driven, thoughtful, and resourceful.

The anticipated starting on-target salary range for this role is $109,450- $141,550. This role may also be eligible for equity and other benefits. Sift takes into account many factors in determining compensation, including level, location, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Therefore, the pay range / final offer may change or be modified in the future.
