Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Five-plus years of experience within Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud is preferred.
  • A strong analytical background.
  • Experience with a report writer tool; Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience creating custom security roles and performing data conversions, including imports and exports, within Oracle is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience with ERP and HCM configuration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A thorough understanding of functional and technical analysis and system design, with a highly technical understanding of ERP and HCM applications.

  • Experience using virtual platforms including Microsoft Teams for collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all production configurations, including oversight of adherence to the formal configuration maintenance procedure by business process owners and their delegates.
  • Provide oversight of Oracle processes in the transaction console and scheduled processes.
  • Create processing and data reports to meet approved business requirements in collaboration with the Principal Applications Engineer.
  • Develop, assess, and maintain tailored security roles and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog access according to job titles and responsibilities.
  • Assist Application Support Specialists in conducting analyses to reduce the effect on Oracle license counts.
  • Conduct data imports and exports to fulfill authorized business needs.
  • Create and manage Oracle service requests for high-level system issues and requests.
  • Perform research with the IT Enterprise team to provide technical analysis, solution options, pros and cons, and recommendations for improvement for the Human Resources, Finance, and Client Services teams.
  • Evaluate, modify, and customize existing functionalities, new features, and applications in collaboration with the IT Enterprise team, Internal IT teams, Finance, and Human Resources.
  • Review quarterly system upgrade assessments and other information for implementation of new features and their impact on existing processes.
  • Assess current system utilization to identify and recommend improvements, such as training, customization, enhancements, and tools, to maximize the value and efficiency of Oracle and related systems and leverage the return on technological capabilities.
  • Provide guidance for the preparation of training materials, guides, online content, and documentation.
  • Participate in user group meetings and conferences as requested.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and developments in ERP and HCM technology.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

The deal brings 300 employees and adds capabilities in risk and compliance, finance and accounting, and tax consulting. Milwaukee-based Jefferson Wells, with over 30 years of operating history, generated $76 million in US revenues in 2025. The company serves public and highly regulated companies across financial services, technology and energy sectors, complementing Sikich's existing presence in healthcare, life sciences and manufacturing. Sikich chairman Christopher Geier said the acquisition enhances existing capabilities whilst maintaining alignment in culture and client service approach. The transaction closed on 30 April.

The transaction closed on 30 April 2026, with ManpowerGroup receiving net cash proceeds of approximately $88 million after working capital adjustments. Jefferson Wells US delivers risk and compliance, finance and accounting, and tax solutions through project consulting, integrated resourcing and executive search. The business generated $76 million in revenues in 2025. ManpowerGroup plans to use the proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet whilst focusing on its core Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions brands. The sale will result in a gain to be recognised in the second quarter. Sikich said the acquisition enhances its capabilities in risk, compliance, finance, accounting and tax services.
