Responsibilities
  • Develop a vision and strategic plan for Zio expansion in the prescribed geography
  • Identify and inform on internal and external issues affecting the organization
  • Drive and represent iRhythm’s values and mission
  • Foster effective teamwork within the region and the U.S. organization
  • Recruit, hire, and develop Sales and Clinical representatives
  • Provide strategic advice to the Executive Team
  • Establish and maintain links with customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain local marketing strategies
  • Represent the company in negotiations
  • Oversee regional Sales Team operations
  • Set Key Performance Indicators and monitor Sales progress
  • Create and implement direct sales strategies
  • Provide leadership and coaching to sales teams
  • Manage budget, compensation, and sales forecasts
  • Establish relationships with internal departments
  • Prepare and present quarterly reports to AVP
