Requirements
  • PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with a strong focus on cancer epi/genomics
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience working in the bioinformatics field, including algorithm development, data analysis, and machine learning
  • Deep understanding of sequencing data
  • Familiar with public databases such as TCGA, COSMIC, or OncoKB
  • Experience in Python
  • Experience using Linux command-line tools and writing shell scripts
  • Ability to visualize findings and summarize results in oral and written form for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Mentor and train other bioinformatics scientists
