Requirements
  • Ability to understand customer business process and desired future state
  • Skilled at delivering high-impact, integrated software demonstrations to cross-functional audience
  • Expertise proposing technical solutions and assessing implementation feasibility based on customer requirements
  • Ability to link technical solutions to business value to help close pre-sales opportunities
  • 2+ years building customer-oriented software integrations solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) preferred
  • Practical experience delivering cloud native software products using a services like AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Familiarity with IT systems architecture and connectivity
  • Experience working with REST APIs (JSON, XML)
  • Understanding of working with the Salesforce platform, workflows and/ architecture
  • A solid grasp of relational database technologies
  • Influence Product Features/Roadmap - Assist in the identification of new product features and feature gaps. Collaborate with product managers and executive sponsors to influence product roadmaps and champion marquee and strategic enterprise account needs
  • Optionally, for the right candidate, start building a solutions team to help scale our ability to expand customers and make them successful
  • Intellectual curiosity and a team-first philosophy are MUST HAVES!
  • Ability to work out of our Boston HQ approximately one day per week
