Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Total Rewards Strategy:
• Develop and implement total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.


•  Employee Wellness Programs:
• Design and promote wellness programs aimed at improving employee health and well-being.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and make necessary adjustments.


•  Benefits Administration:
• Assist in the administration of global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
•  Ensure accurate enrollment and changes in employee benefits.
•  Address and resolve employee inquiries related to benefits, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues.
• Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new employees and provide ongoing benefits education.
• Provide coaching and support to various sites


•  Compliance and Reporting:
•  Ensure all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.
• Review and respond to unemployment claims, verifying validity and disputing as needed.     
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records and data.
•  Respond to employment verification requests in a timely manner.


•  Customer Service:
•  Provide customer service support to internal and external customers as needed.
•  Communicate employee changes, new hires, and terminations to relevant departments, including Finance, IT, and Administration.


•  Communication and Education:
• Create and distribute communications related to total rewards programs.
•  Conduct training sessions and informational meetings to educate employees about their benefits and compensation options.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years post-secondary with two additional years of direct experience
• Confident in the Microsoft suite program
