  • Minimum education required: Bachelors’ degree required and graduate degree preferred.
  • Substantial experience in Medical Devices sales. Medical consumables expertise preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in the UAE, and 3 years experience working and managing business through a distribution model.
  • Emerging market sales experience, with experience of working within Gulf countries.
  • Strong communication skills in both local Arabic language and English.
  • Ability to travel and work in the field up to 50%.
  • Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Delivery on certain aspects of the P&L including sales, and margins management.
  • Drive sales growth of focus portfolios by targeting strategic accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Building relationships with key-decision makers to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the Business Partners to ensure development, engagement and full direction.
  • Ensures business continuity through demand planning and forecasting with supply chain and regional commercial partners;
  • Represent the region internally with CS, Operations, QRA, Legal, Finance and other functions.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing plans in the region. Establishing and monitoring goals for the region, working closely with global/local marketing team to build and execute CAH’s global marketing strategy in the region.
  • Providing/designing long term strategic direction to managing current and potential business partners including; Forecasting, value expansion.
  • Responds to and mitigates business challenges work with our business partners to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure each team member working within the business partner is properly trained and directed for maximum effect.
  • Ensure that systems are in place to enable the team to operate in a legal and ethical manner.
  • Ensure each of our business partners are fully engaged and are the best representatives of our business.
  • Ensure each business partner has a fully valid and legal contract.
  • Budgets: Direct and control the finances to ensure that all financial targets are met and to promote effective budgeting and cost control.
  • Manage all of the business activities in a professional, appropriate, cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Submit all required reports in time.
