Requirements
  • 3+ years of industry experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Previous Startup Experience (Strongly Preferred)
  • Experience launching and maintaining products in a production environment
  • Experience communicating technical (ML) details to a cross-functional team of non-technical collaborators
  • Located in the Eastern Time Zone (whether US or Canada)
Responsibilities
  • Leading the technical effort of developing novel biomarkers alongside fellow ML scientists, engineers, biostatisticians, and scientific directors
  • Managing a distributed team of machine learning engineers, ensuring their success and continued growth
  • Design and develop innovative computer vision models that predict patient outcomes and responses to therapy
  • Aid in the productionalization, launch, and monitoring of machine learning products
  • Research and development of machine learning algorithms that expand product capabilities
  • Contribute to and drive publications in scientific journals and machine learning conferences

ArteraAI offers a personalized AI-enabled test for localized prostate cancer, utilizing multimodal artificial intelligence models to predict treatment benefit and prognosis by analyzing digital pathology images and clinical data. The technology is developed using five Phase III randomized trials to provide individualized treatment plans and support shared decision-making between clinicians and patients.
