Summary of Position

The Operations Analyst intern will assist the Operations Team in documenting and analyzing current training processes to drive the optimization of future automation at Jabil.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities

• Document existing business process and convert the flow into user features that can be worked on by a development team in the future.
• Help design and manage a product using standard Agile methodology.
• ’Support the analysis and improvement of business processes across planning, procurement, inventory control, manufacturing, and quality management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and opportunities for process optimization
• Assist in gathering, interpreting, and analyzing business data / process flows to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Learn and apply business analysis tools and techniques to support operational improvements.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools that automate recurring tasks and improve data handling or day to day employee activities.
• Engage in cross-functional projects focused on business process improvements, automation, generative AI, and machine learning to enhance productivity.
• Propose innovative business solutions to streamline
• Work closely with teams to ensure alignment of operations initiatives with organizational objectives, operations, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment, responding to shifting priorities and new challenges.
• Gain hands-on experience in shaping and optimizing global operations strategies while supporting a wide range of business functions.

Qualifications
•Class Year(s): Rising Junior or Rising Senior

•Majors: Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, and Business related fields
• GPA: 3.0+
• Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg, Florida from May 19, 2025 – Aug 8, 2025

• Skills: Business Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Basic Programming Fundamentals, Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Access Database, Data Visualization, and Data Analytics, LLM Related Knowledge

• Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience.
