Requirements
  • 2+ years of corporate governance paralegal experience, including U.S. and international entity management (Europe, LATAM, APAC, MENA)
  • A certificate from an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program (J.D. holders or law students need not apply)
  • Proficiency with minute books, entity management software (Athennian knowledge is a plus), and entity formation processes
  • Experience handling high-level corporate projects and obtaining signatures from senior leadership
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and file management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Teams
  • A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Receiving training in SharePoint, DocuSign, Athennian, and other relevant software
  • Managing and digitizing global corporate governance records, including minute books, entity management software, physical records, and archival tasks
  • Maintaining and updating information on global leases
  • Supporting global corporate projects, such as notarizations, apostille submissions, and obtaining management signatures
  • Assisting the General Counsel with confidential matters, including entity formation/dissolution, M&A documentation, and other corporate projects
  • Providing PTO coverage and supporting the Senior Paralegal and Associate Paralegal during high-volume days
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Notary Public experience in New Jersey (preferred but not required)
