  • Engineering Degree is required.
  • 2+ years of ITS Design and System Integration experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with New Jersey Dept of Transportation and Port Authority design guidelines is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Serves as a senior technical specialist within the ITS/Smart Mobility Group.
  • Creates enhanced technical solutions to meet client and/or regulatory requirements and actively seeks improvements to work processes.
  • Researches, analyzes, and organizes product information and software configuration or other technical materials relating to iNET® product.
  • Train users on the iNET® software and provide on-site support as required.
  • Independently work on ITS designs and specifications submittal and collaborate with other ITS design team members.
  • Participates in business development activities, supporting the technical aspects of the opportunity, including proposal preparation and formal client presentations.
  • Keeps abreast of technological developments related to area of expertise.
  • Participates in one or more professional organizations (ITS related).
  • May write and/or review articles written by others for publication in professional journals.
  • May perform in a technical leadership role, providing technical direction to others in producing products or services to ensure that they meet established project requirements.
  • Planning, tracking, and scheduling deliverables often using agile process (i.e. sprint planning).
