Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
  • Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any IT-related issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the IT systems meet the business requirements
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations on how they can be integrated into the existing IT infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure that they are tested regularly
  • Ensure that all IT-related documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Perform system administration duties, including installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, databases, and other IT systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Perform regular backups and ensure that they are tested and validated
  • Install and maintain software applications and updates
  • Manage user accounts and permissions for IT systems
  • Ensure that all systems are properly licensed and comply with software vendor policies
  • Other IT-related duties as assigned
