Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT
- Excellent technical knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management and managing budgets
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any IT-related issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the IT systems meet the business requirements
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations on how they can be integrated into the existing IT infrastructure
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure that they are tested regularly
- Ensure that all IT-related documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Perform system administration duties, including installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, databases, and other IT systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Perform regular backups and ensure that they are tested and validated
- Install and maintain software applications and updates
- Manage user accounts and permissions for IT systems
- Ensure that all systems are properly licensed and comply with software vendor policies
- Other IT-related duties as assigned
