We’re looking for a strong and experienced Director, Product Marketing to focus on enabling our internal teams as we roll out features and functions to support our internal business, and in supporting our sellers as they bring our offerings to providers and consumers,. Reporting to the Head of Go to Market, this role will run a team of dedicated and creative product marketers, continuously collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to evangelize and connect with our muti-faceted selling organization.
The ideal candidate will have owned product marketing, release marketing, and sales enablement for a B2B or B2C SaaS product. You will know how to speak the language of the sales team, and you will be a tireless advocate for our product. You will build creative and engaging sales programs, and you will constantly be measuring your success and looking for new ways to work.You will effectively launch internal tools and processes leveraging our technology that will give our sellers a complete view of their customers.

You Will

Lead and develop a team of product marketers focused on delivering supporting sales readiness and awareness of Allē’s B2B solution.

Partner with a cross-disciplinary team of product managers, designers, UX researchers, software engineers and program managers to understand our offerings and translate their value into real language that is easy for our customers and sellers to understand.

Build, measure, and maintain engaging sales programs and assets, managing a single source of truth for all assets

Lead the overarching strategy in both a tactical and strategic way from research and planning to execution, launch, and measurement.

Drive vision and execution of creative deliverables in partnership with internal and external creative partners. Ensure all assets adhere to Allē brand guidelines.

Oversee launch timelines. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies/pivot quickly when necessary.

Collect and codify sales and user feedback for product teams.

Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition, how they are positioned, and how/where our products compare.

Track launch milestones and usage metrics as they relate to product performance, business and revenue goals.
Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree required
-
12+ years of experience with at least 6 or more years of product marketing or product management experience.

4+ years of experience leading teams and managing direct reports
-
Experience building products with a cross-disciplinary team of software engineers, product managers, designers, UX researchers and program managers.

Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into value propositions and benefits that resonate with our consumers, customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Ability to identify risks to timelines, escalate as necessary and propose mitigation strategies/pivot quickly when necessary.

Experience managing several cross functional work streams at once.
