JOB TITLE: Principal System Engineering

REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

DUTIES: Responsible for analyzing data in response to new business requests, performing maintenance and changes on interfaces, and identifying and resolving data discrepancies across multiple business applications. Work with product managers/owners to translate business requirements into technical designs. Work with enterprise architects and integration architects to create an end-to-end solution involving Salesforce and other third party applications. Work with the scrum teams to ensure best coding practices, scalability, and other non-functional aspects are implemented. Work with data model design, data migration approach, and data lifecycle management including inflow, residency, archival and working with product team. Responsible for code reviews for non-functional area governance including maintainability and performance. Responsible for security including user role, profile definitions, SSO requirements ownership, and working with product team to promote a secure salesforce environment. Responsible for security administration including working with CSO team to audit production and remediate risks. Interact with multiple application owners, review architecture flows with team, and build design documents and review sessions. Extend and provide platform solutions for sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud. Work within scaled agile development team. Manage the design of technical flow based on industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility and scalability for business. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Utilize integration technologies, API Gateway, Mobile and IOS Technology Stack. Utilize BSS/OSS including CRM, order management, billing, consent, and preferences. Utilize Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visual Force, Aura Components, and LWC. Utilize SVN, GIT, Workbench, Eclipse, Rally, JQuery, JavaScript, Toad, SQL Developer, QTP, Selenium, Test complete, Quality Centre, Jira, BitBucket, BSCode, Mulesoft, and Tableau.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Managing Information Technology and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing integration technologies, API Gateway, Mobile and IOS Technology Stack; utilizing BSS/OSS including CRM, order management, billing, consent and preferences; utilizing Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visual Force, Aura Components, and LWC; and utilizing SVN, GIT, Workbench, Eclipse, Rally, JQuery, JavaScript, Toad, SQL Developer, QTP, Selenium, Test complete, Quality Centre, Jira, BitBucket, BSCode, Mulesoft, and Tableau.
