About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer [Official, Internal Title: Senior Product Designer] to join our Product Experience team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead our product through its most complex UX challenges and discover how to delight our customers with intuitive, actionable experiences that fit seamlessly into their workflows. You will deeply orient yourself around actual customers, become an expert in their user journeys, and mold our product’s experience based on that expertise. This is a role that combines aspects of research & design. You will own projects from start to finish while being tightly coupled with Product & Engineering to ensure your work gets deployed with tangible impact.

Work Hour Expectations: This is a fully remote based in India. We expect hires to work between 12:30pm - 9:30pm IST at least 3 days per week; work hours on other days are flexible (e.g., ~11am - 8pm IST).

As Our Senior Product Designer, You Will:

• UX Design: Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to production. This process may include research proposals, information architecture, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity artifacts that Engineering can deliver.
• Prototyping and Testing: Plan and conduct tests to validate the usability and value of your solutions as quickly as possible. Iteratively improve the user experience until we’re confident it will delight our customers.
• User Research: Conduct research to deepen our understanding of our user personas, discover opportunities to solve problems that matter, and propose solutions that will generate value for our customers.
• UX Strategy: Influence the vision and strategy of our product’s experience by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing what is known about the needs of our customers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine product strategy and create user-centric solutions to the most important customer problems.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek out and experiment with user-centered design and research methodologies. Encourage growth, innovation, and creativity within the design org.

You Are Likely To Succeed If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience designing data applications that provide analytics and insights in simple and actionable ways.
• Experience designing data analytics applications, including dashboards and data visualizations (this requirement is a high priority!).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma as well as cutting-edge AI tools to empower you to go faster.
• Excellent user research skills and the ability to translate research findings into tangible design solutions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
