Database Engineering Intern

Essential Job Results

-Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain a level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
-Effectively consult and communicate with internal customers, vendors, and enterprise infrastructure teammates
-Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
-Provide technical support to research and ensure timely resolution of reported incidents
-Respond to database service requests and contribute to plans and policies for the production management of critical, large, enterprise databases
Improve and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.

Education & Experience

• Technical skills including knowledge around infrastructure design
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Classes of December 2025 2026, etc. encouraged to apply
