Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • A valid United States driver's license is required.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder is not required.
  • The employee must attend required meetings and training and maintain certification in all agency, state, and federal training requirements.
  • The employee must comply with agency policies and procedures and state and federal statutes and regulations related to the specific program areas.
  • The employee must be able to drive and travel as required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide care to individuals receiving services while ensuring safety, client rights, confidentiality, comfort, dignity, and a therapeutic environment.
  • Carry out unit functions including crisis intervention, taking vital signs, and observing individuals receiving services.
  • Maintain inventory supplies and make appropriate requisitions.
  • Maintain an environment conducive to recovery consistent with applicable behavioral health and crisis service philosophies and best practices.
  • Respect the rights of individuals receiving services to make choices within available parameters and make every effort to follow their crisis plans.
  • Work with clients, families, and team members to ensure a safe and supportive crisis stabilization environment consistent with recovery concepts and person-centered planning.
  • Coordinate or implement skilled-level activities involving the care, treatment, and training of individuals receiving services on the crisis unit.
  • Ensure that individuals receiving services maintain appropriate personal hygiene, perform activities of daily living, and receive proper nutrition.
  • Assist with self-help skills as necessary and keep the supervisor informed of clients' conditions.
  • Prepare written reports, including vital-sign, census, and incident reports, as necessary.
  • Use the treatment plan developed by nursing staff and/or the substance abuse specialist.
  • Supervise individuals receiving services during activities of daily living and encourage independence and personal responsibility.
  • Enforce behavioral limits using established policies, procedures, and rules.
  • Secure and relay information used by professionals for admission, discharge, and transfer of individuals receiving services.
  • Observe individuals receiving services for changes in physical and mental conditions and report those changes to professional staff.
  • Monitor and document food intake during mealtimes and snack times.
  • Assist in group educational sessions and activities as assigned under supervision.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.
  • Perform other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Fontana Reports $835.9M Gross Profit Growth

Fontana Limited reported a Q3 2025 gross profit of $835.9 million, a 15.2% increase from the previous year, driven by a 15.3% rise in revenue to $2.2 billion.
