RCM Analyst

As the RCM Analyst you will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of our member invoices to maximize cost transparency for our members.  You will audit member service records and invoices for quality, coordinate monthly invoice generation, and mine data for opportunities we can exploit with process, experience, and technology improvements.  

Location: Dallas, TX | USA | Onsite Full Time

What You Will Do:

• Use SQL, Excel, Python and other tools as required to mine operational data and monitor invoice data quality
• Coordinate regular member invoice generation and monthly audits
• Coordinate reconciliation and correction of invoice data, including overages, corrections, and refund management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline execution and drive improvements in process and data quality. 
• Derive insights by regularly diagnosing the root cause of data quality gaps, and present improvement recommendations to Operations leadership on a quarterly basis
• Build and maintain on-going reporting and dashboards to monitor and share invoice data quality health

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or RCM analytics role
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills: demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights and telling a story with data
• A curious and experimentation-forward mindset
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL, R and Python
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tooling
• Experience querying data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
• Bachelor’s degree
• A bonus if you
  • Have experience working in healthcare, healthcare benefits or a related sector 
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
