Requirements
  • Minimum of two to four years of experience in a financial services operations role
  • Experience working in middle and back office operations supporting SMAs for clients of registered investment advisors (RIAs) and/or broker-dealers
  • Familiar with RIA custodian platforms such as Schwab and Fidelity
  • Experience using SS&C Advent wealth techs: Either Advent Portfolio Xchange (APX), Advent Geneva (Pre-Trade version of APX), or AXYS 3 (precursor to APX)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint tools - Python and SQL a plus
  • Experience with portfolio accounting, double entry accounting, or general ledger reconciliations.
  • Experience with IBOR/ABOR administration
  • Experience with data connectivity & domestic custodians
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Vise’s Client Success, Investment Operations, and Finance teams to process and oversee all account setup and implementation
  • Support the daily process of reconciling client account data from the custodian
  • Resolve daily account issues at custodians and on the Vise platform
  • Create, execute, and optimize internal processes to improve data collection, document management, and account onboarding
  • Assist with account billing, invoice distribution, and organization of client billing records
