Requirements
- 3+ years of Workday Learning experience
- Certifications in Workday Learning (Talent Management certification is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementation within the Workday Learning product suite
- Manage stakeholder and client resources
- Manage resources and lead Workday Learning workstreams in fast-paced implementations
- Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project
- Act as a mentor to other consultants, including providing support for shadow assignments
- Manage multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Configure and manage all aspects of the Workday Learning module, including courses, programs, certifications, curricula, learning campaigns, and assessments.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define learning workflows, business processes, and user experiences.
