  • 15 years in the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry or equivalent
  • Experience in operational strategy analysis and budget review
  • Experience in hematology/oncology, rare disease, and CNS clinical development
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong ability to develop and review study budgets
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide operational strategy input, text, and budget review for proposals
  • Collaborate with various teams to create, develop, and refine the strategy for potential opportunities
  • Create and refine study budgets
  • Support post-bid defense follow-up items
  • Participate in post-award engagement meeting to ensure study team has information and rationale
  • Mentor and train Operational Strategy and Precision colleagues
  • Represent Precision for Medicine in client meetings
  • Support capabilities presentations and client meetings
  • Create innovative solutions in conjunction with medical and scientific strategy
  • Attend industry meetings and speaking engagements
