Description

We are seeking a professional and courteous Valet to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by managing their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles

- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request

- Maintain a clean and organized parking area

- Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles

- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries

- Assist with luggage and other guest needs as required

- Follow all safety and operational procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is a plus
