FleetPride provides parts and services for heavy-duty trucks and trailers, focusing on Class 6-8 vehicles. The company supports a broad network of locations that stock and supply critical aftermarket parts and offer maintenance and repair services for heavy trucks, helping fleets keep vehicles on the road. Its product approach centers on a nationwide, locally served parts distribution and service network, built largely through acquisitions of smaller distributors and service shops to create a large footprint. Compared with competitors, FleetPride stands out as the largest independent distributor in North America after merging with TruckPro in 2025, with a long history of growth by acquiring independent shops and consolidating the market under private-equity ownerships. The company’s goal is to be the leading independent distributor of heavy-duty aftermarket parts in North America, providing reliable access to parts and services across a nationwide network.
