Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes related to the position.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and bringing a holistic view of development projects.
  • Strong expertise in Reltio data modeling, including entities, relationships, reference data, crosswalks, and hierarchies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with structured analysis and technical design techniques.
  • Experience designing and implementing match and merge, survivorship, identity resolution, and data quality solutions.
  • Experience integrating Reltio with enterprise applications using REST APIs, event streaming, MuleSoft, Kafka, Informatica, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, privacy, governance, and vendor teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in software architectures and development methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in AWS core services, including EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.
  • Strong monitoring and observability experience using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk Observability Platform, and AppDynamics.
  • Knowledge of event-driven integration patterns using Kafka, EventBridge, SNS, and SQS.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Lambda functions.
  • Experience leveraging generative artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models, for enterprise solutions.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and governing artificial intelligence agents that automate complex business workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, master data management, Customer 360, data governance, and artificial-intelligence-ready data foundations.
  • Experience working within Agile, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering environments.
  • Extensive knowledge and development expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: data warehousing, business intelligence, extract-transform-load tools, financial systems, human resources systems, collaboration systems and tools, Java, Java Platform, Enterprise Edition, object-oriented programming, Extensible Markup Language, web services, or Structured Query Language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences, including clients, vendors, senior management, and staff.
  • Ability to establish and maintain customer trust and confidence in the software engineering team's understanding of customer business needs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and apply it to business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, advise, and coach a team of software developers and support roles.
  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and daily workflow management within the team.
  • Triage complex problems escalated from junior team members, explain procedures, and coach team members through escalations.
  • Provide technical solutions for complex software problems involving analysis, design, coding, debugging, and documentation, including interface components, graphical screens, reports, and high-level application logic.
  • Own and manage the Reltio Master Data Management platform to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and data quality.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Reltio data models, entities, relationships, reference objects, and survivorship rules.
  • Define and optimize match, merge, identity resolution, and duplicate-prevention strategies across enterprise domains.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, stewardship, privacy, security, and compliance standards for master data assets.
  • Support enterprise initiatives involving artificial-intelligence-driven data quality, data enrichment, Customer 360, and digital transformation.
  • Drive continuous improvement through platform upgrades, automation, performance tuning, and adoption of emerging Reltio capabilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and leverage Reltio capabilities, including Match & Merge, Reltio Integration Hub, Data Loader, Identity Resolution, and artificial-intelligence-enabled features.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver enterprise artificial intelligence use cases.
  • Lead artificial intelligence proofs of concept, pilots, production deployments, and adoption programs.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate system tests for reliability, scalability, and maintainability; monitor test results and take or assign corrective action.
  • Lead cloud architecture initiatives using AWS services, including EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EventBridge, and CloudWatch.
  • Support enterprise integration platforms, APIs, event-driven architectures, and data platforms hosted on AWS.
  • Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, reliability, resilience, and operational excellence.
  • Establish artificial intelligence adoption roadmaps and promote responsible artificial intelligence practices across the organization.
  • Drive intelligent automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve productivity, and accelerate business processes.
  • Evaluate emerging artificial intelligence technologies, platforms, and vendor capabilities to improve organizational capabilities.
  • Lead proofs of concept and advise senior IT management on strategic decisions concerning legacy and new technology.
  • Conduct project and code reviews to ensure development conforms to governance, standards, requirements, and the software development life cycle.
  • Facilitate the design, development, and implementation of real-time applications for multi-platform environments.
  • Implement complex programs and lead or coordinate project, program, and systems documentation according to established IT standards.
  • Diagnose complex problems and lead or coordinate cross-team collaboration to resolve them.
  • Provide project development status reports to software engineering management and other key stakeholders.
  • Analyze system and environment stability and health using monitoring tools and produce reports as needed.
  • Lead system upgrades and complex break/fix solutions.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in focus areas and a lead for onshore and offshore vendor and supplier development teams.
