PactFi raises $25M to streamline private credit workflows

PactFi, a workflow software provider for private credit deal teams, has raised $25 million in Series A funding, CEO Emma Zhang told Axios exclusively. The startup addresses inefficiencies in the $1.7 trillion global private credit market, where many firms still rely on lengthy email chains and shared spreadsheets to coordinate closings and amendments. The funding will help PactFi modernise deal workflows for an industry that has grown rapidly but continues to use outdated coordination methods.
