- Current driver's license and maintain good driving record, ability to pass motor vehicle record check
- Ability to drive a 20-foot rental truck for move-ins
- Knowledge of basic furniture assembly and use of power tools, preferred
- May need to occasionally assist team with lifting heavy furniture, between 70-80 pounds
- Conduct outreach to potential new landlords
- Coordinate with Housing Manager to divide responsibilities to serve on landlord associations and other housing-related committees to represent World Relief within the community
- Meet with clients to educate them on leases and coordinate lease signings
- Implement donation procedures and process for accepting donations of household items, furniture, and other needs
- Maintain inventory of offsite storage units
- Assist in the coordination of move-ins, as needed
- Work alongside Housing Manager and part-time Resource Aides to obtain needed household items that have not been donated in anticipation of arriving refugee clients
- Maintain relationships with resource-related organizations such as Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore, Goodwill, etc. to ensure a steady stream of furniture donations
- Coordinate donation drives, depending on need
- Research and establish new partnerships for donations depending on program need
- Record and track all donations in online database Microsoft Dynamics
- Other duties as assigned
