Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Elite/Lead Field Service Technician to oversee thestart-up and commissioning of advanced water treatment systems at customer sites across the United States. This role is central to ensuring equipment performs safely, efficiently, and reliably from day one. The ideal candidate will have exceptional troubleshooting skills acrossmechanical, electrical, diesel, and fusion systems, with the capability to lead projects and mentor others.

Responsibilities:

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to obtain necessary customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA).

• Clean driving record required.

• 5–7 years of relevant technical work experience preferred.

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems

• Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of using smart devices.
