Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years' experience of graphic design, preferably in Apparel product creation or in an agency
  • Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends, as well as visual culture.
  • Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives.
  • Strong Adobe CC skills (Illustrator & Photoshop) and comfortable working within new digital spaces.
  • Passion for fashion, design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes and tools.
  • Strong illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory skills and digital media.
  • Knowledge of repeat pattern creation, printing techniques specific to textiles, understanding how designs will translate from digital to physical.
  • Knowledge of apparel product creation and basic knowledge of garment construction.
  • Positive personality and energy.
  • Contribute and align to shared team culture and behaviors.
Responsibilities
  • Translate the apparel vision into reality under the guidance of the Design Director.
  • Craft holistic narratives and create compelling stories that bring collections to life.
  • Work closely with Design Leadership and cross-functional category teams.
  • Manage timelines and collaborate with external partners.
  • Navigate from concept to execution.
