About the Company: We are partnered with a Tech forward law firm located in Austin. They are looking for a VP of Finance & Accounting to join their team.

- Lead their Finance department’s strategies and operations

- Collaborate in planning for revenue growth and increased profitability

- Help secure funding for their organization and associated ventures

- Develop financial models and offer insights for better financial performance

- Work with the CEO and Software Developers to shape growth strategies

- Manage cash flow, expense projections, and financial reporting

- Ensure smooth monthly financial closings and accurate forecasting

- Spot opportunities for organizational growth and improvements

- Improve planning processes and oversee budget preparations

- 8+ years’ experience, including VP Finance roles

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Experience in supporting rapid growth, startup involvement a bonus

- Proven success in fundraising and using financial models for growth

- Entrepreneurial mindset with Excel and QuickBooks proficiency

- Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach
