  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities
  • Provide critical leadership across the new business capture lifecycle - from opportunity identification, qualification, and win strategy development through the post submission phases of the Business Capture Process
  • Provide business development leadership for Intelligence Community accounts
  • Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, formulate, communicate and implement an integrated business development and capture strategy
  • Develop and implement campaign plans and strategies, maintain a firm comprehension of the customer's requirements
  • Establish value-added teaming strategies based on Gap Analysis to improve PWIN
  • Analyze markets for company products and services and recommend strategies to achieve marketing/business development goals
  • Perform business development functions including networking, research, tracking opportunities, and communicating updates with stakeholders
  • Meet with current and potential clients to ascertain their requirements
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and exchange information and leads with line managers and other personnel
  • Develop proposals, solutions, plans of action, business plans, and marketing materials
  • Support, create, and present New Business Reviews, Pursuit Reviews, and Business Area Reviews
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Develop, lead, and implement a campaign or market strategy for Intelligence Community Business Areas assigned
  • Support the Growth team in managing and tracking status of NDAs/TAs, subcontract relationships, end-to-end growth team activities, and opportunities for strategic captures
