Requirements
  • Qualified Electrician with a current Unrestricted Electrician's Licence
  • Extensive experience working on traffic signal and road infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring diagrams and traffic signal systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance on Traffic Signals and ITS
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with traffic signal systems and components
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and tasks
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to coordinate work activities
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required standards and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken
