Requirements
  • Over 10 years of clinical experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or tech startup environment.
  • Strong familiarity with scaling business models, particularly within startup or growth-stage companies, with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
  • Preferred experience navigating fast-paced environments, especially multi-state rollouts and continuous product launches.
  • Passion for creative problem-solving in traditional medical practices and an ability to think innovatively about care delivery.
  • Expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Medicare Part C strategy development, process implementation, and application deployment.
  • Deep alignment with Aidaly’s family-centric core values, acting as a critical advocate for delivering better, home-based care.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage thoughtfully and professionally with all team members.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to design and implement systems, processes, and human capital strategies that support the company's growth goals.
  • Supervise a clinical team of hundreds of caregivers, nurses, and social workers in multiple states, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Lead efforts to meet key performance targets such as service levels, quality, efficiency, and first-call resolution. Communicate team and individual goals to inspire top-tier performance.
  • Oversee data management and reporting on clinician performance using a balanced scorecard approach that emphasizes quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure medical protocols and standards are followed, aligning care delivery with customer preferences.
  • Track and report on real-time trends and issues across teams.
  • Guide, motivate, and lead a high-performance management team, focusing on attracting, recruiting, and retaining key team members as needed.
  • Cultivate a results-driven, accountable workplace culture.
  • Lead with transparency and foster an environment of openness and engagement at all levels of the organization.
