Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the product management team to understand product requirements and features.
  • Provide input on product design from a training and user experience perspective.
  • Assist in the development of user-friendly documentation, including user guides, job aids, training manuals, and video tutorials.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams for UAT, pilot, and production environments.
  • Create and maintain training materials that cater to various learning styles, including online courses, webinars, and hands-on workshops.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to ensure users are confident and proficient with the product.
  • Maintain the Movement culture with respect to how users execute their roles.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to the product.
  • Work closely with the app support team to ensure that their knowledge base is built and expanded.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to relay user feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Establish and maintain a knowledge base for users, ensuring all training materials and documentation are up-to-date.
  • Monitor industry trends and updates to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
