- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in design, development, and implementation of end-to-end ETL solutions for Data Warehouse and Data Marts using Informatica version 9.0 or above
- Well versed with data modeling (conceptual, logical and physical design – with both traditional 3rd normal form as well as dimensional modeling (star, snowflake))
- Strong knowledge and extensive practical experience with Informatica ETL tool, DB2 (mainframe) and DB2 UDB database management systems, PL/SQL, and handling flat files (mainframe) with respect to ETL processes
- Translates business requirements into functional and technical specifications to enable and shape the design and development process
- End to end ETL design, development, testing, and certification constructs (implied)

- Insurance industry experience, especially in Property and Casualty domain, is heavily preferred
