- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or technology adoption
- Proven experience driving adoption of complex technologies in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and AI-enabled delivery models
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting AI or GenAI programs in regulated environments
- Familiarity with AI governance and responsible-AI practices
- Consulting or client-facing transformation experience
- Experience defining adoption metrics and value realization frameworks
Compensation (Ontario)
The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, location, and relevant certifications. Final compensation will be determined according to the specific circumstances of each candidate.
Estimated salary range: $90,000 to $130,000 per year.
