Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a hardware-focused reliability engineering role
  • Strong process, tool, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Engaging with other team members to drive the delivery of key deliverables such as Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP)
  • Embed with hardware, software, and test Engineers in defining success criteria for critical reliability decisions and assessments
  • Partner with peer teams to create the tools to drive data-driven reliability improvements such as Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
  • Reporting in program reviews and top-level reliability performance reviews/dashboards
  • Participate in design phase gate reviews to ensure reliability requirements are met
  • Contribute to lessons learned and reliability growth
