Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on integrated marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering ROI
Responsibilities
  • Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with Insomnia Cookies’ business goals and positions the brand as the ultimate late-night indulgence
  • Elevate Insomnia Cookies’ brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to build emotional connections with customers
  • Infuse data-driven insights into marketing strategies to understand Insomniacs and keep them at the heart of everything
  • Seamlessly integrate campaigns across Insomnia’s owned channels, third-party platforms, partnerships, and experiential activations
  • Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audience insights and business goals
  • Establish KPIs and analyze performance data to measure the success of marketing efforts, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI
  • Partner with sales, finance, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution
  • Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support key initiatives and manage external creative resources and media agency
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Partner with product, creative and communications to maintain and grow Insomnia Cookies disruptor status in the indulgence category
