ProSidian Seeks a Financial Systems Training & Support Coordinator | Training Specialist [NCDPC0026025] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Norristown PA Across The CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region supporting A county government in the State of Pennsylvania (known as MontCo), Philadelphia, and is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area and is the third-most populous county in the state, with Norristown as its county seat..

Seeking Financial Systems Training & Support Coordinator candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as NCDPC.  This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Training Specialist Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Operations (Financial Systems Training & Support Coordinator) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In  CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Financial Systems Training & Support Coordinator | Training Specialist [NCDPC0026025]

• Coordinate and support training efforts related to financial and procurement systems. Liaise between systems trainers, BI developers, and end users to ensure effective learning outcomes. Track user feedback and training participation.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Financial Systems Training & Support Coordinator | Training Specialist [NCDPC0026025] (NCDPC0026025) Candidates:

• Familiarity with government financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Tyler Munis), user support, and training logistics.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Education, or Information Systems. 2–4 years in support or training coordinator roles.

Skills Required

• Scheduling, documentation, technical support, user interface familiarity, project coordination.

Competencies Required

• Organization, multitasking, customer service, interpersonal communication.

• Collects and analyzes training data to improve curriculum.
• Provides just-in-time training for finance teams during fiscal year-end or reporting periods.
