Requirements
  • Native Chinese speakers preferred.
  • graduating in 2025 and 2026; currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel.
  • Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong interest in supply chain and e-commerce industries, with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping operations
  • Monitor workflow and help balance labor across work areas
  • Track productivity, accuracy, and SLA performance
  • Escalate operational issues (labor gaps, system issues, delays) to Team Leaders or Managers
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure SOPs are followed
  • Report safety concerns, near misses, and incidents promptly
  • Support warehouse audits and compliance checks
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Assist with basic data tracking (volume, productivity, error rates)
  • Participate in process improvement projects and pilot initiatives
  • Help communicate daily goals, priorities, and process changes to associates
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new warehouse associates
  • Act as a point of contact for associates when Team Leaders are unavailable
  • Support Team Leaders in coaching associates on standard work and safety practices

  • Ability to communicate in Chinese and English (if applicable)
  • Opportunity for full-time conversion or long-term employment based on performance
  • Hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations and data analysis (under development)
