Requirements
  • The role requires at least 2 years of CNC experience with Haas lathes and 5-axis milling.
  • Proficiency in Mastercam for programming and setup is required.
  • Strong knowledge of tooling and machining techniques is required.
  • The ability to work independently and lead by example is required.
Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines, including Haas lathes and 5-axis milling machines.
  • Utilize Mastercam and CAM Assist or other artificial intelligence software for machining processes.
  • Select appropriate tooling for lathes and mills to ensure precision and quality.
  • Develop creative work-holding solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Manual lathe and milling experience is preferred, but not required.
