Work Arrangement - Hybrid within the Atlanta metro area
As an Advisor Experience Specialist will work to develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with our Financial Advisor and TPA partners. To be successful in this role, you will be personable, detail-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and engaging directly with leading retirement plan advisors and consultants, as well as home office and external business partners. Your skills will be crucial in supporting the sales process by successfully completing implementation paperwork and overseeing the implementation to ensure a positive and successful outcome for the financial advisor.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports and works as a key member of the sales teams to support the sales and implementation process and help grow the business
Play a key role in building our sales pipeline and supporting sales with Financial Advisors.
Collaborate with our National Accounts and Marketing teams to promote and follow up with our industry-wide conferences and events.
As a brand ambassador, develop strong relationships with External and Internal Wholesalers, partnering to support external sales and marketing efforts
Qualify advisors through gaining insight on their business model and composition of current clients
Support new advisors through the sales and implementation process to drive successful outcomes and a positive experience

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent financial services/sales related experience
FINRA SIE, 6, 63 and state licensing is preferred, but not required. We do encourage obtaining the licenses and will support sponsoring and training you.

Salary range is expected to be between
$68,175.00 USD - $113,625.00 USD
