Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver objectives and KPIs for the Gaming Operations team based on BetMGM’s overall forecast
  • Create and implement the Gaming Operations strategy, covering market positioning, multi-state marketing, competitor analysis, and new market/product launches
  • Lead the Casino promotional strategy to drive growth and improve bonus efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Product Development, Business Intelligence, Strategy, HR, PR and Customer Support) to enhance the BetMGM Gaming experience
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all communications and promotions are legally compliant
  • Support and develop Managers within the VIP Casino Operations and Executive Casino Host team(s)
  • Collaborate with BetMGM Marketing and MGMRI to align on a VIP customer strategy that integrates digital and retail experiences
  • Lead initiatives to enhance Casino VIP services, using data insights and client feedback for decision-making
  • Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities
  • Partner with product suppliers to deliver a top-tier Poker product and ensure compliance and relevance
  • Set the Poker revenue budget and strategy (national & regional) using customer insights to maximize value
  • Identify new commercial growth opportunities and market conditions to improve the poker growth strategy
  • Work closely with MGM Resorts to maximize opportunities with the BetMGM Poker Tour and other omni-channel initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams within Entain and MGMRI to investigate and maximize omnichannel opportunities
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with 3rd party gaming and marketing partners for Casino and Poker
  • Serve as the link between Gaming Operations and Product Development, prioritizing marketing tools and feature development
  • Drive cross sell initiatives between verticals (Sports, Casino and Poker)
