Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Project manage key company projects across multiple disciplines and departments, including new site builds, conference materials, operational training, digital assets, and printed materials, for internal departments, dealerships, and non-dealership entities.
  • Support fleet, parts, upfitting, and aftermarket automotive equipment brands with their ongoing project needs.
  • Communicate regularly with the Senior Project Manager and key stakeholders about timelines, budgets, and project statuses, and coordinate deadlines and deliverables.
  • Execute dealership marketing activities as needed.
  • Own and manage assigned projects from beginning to end.
  • Own and manage relationships with defined departments and entities.
  • Share Agency Services department responsibilities where needed.
  • Align project goals with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Estimate project time and budgets and present them to stakeholders.
  • Use data and research to formulate recommendations for optimizing current marketing strategies.
  • Develop methods for identifying and reaching respective audiences.
  • Act as a marketing consultant to assigned entities and guide their marketing decisions.
  • Build and manage the ongoing marketing and advertising plan budget for assigned entities.
  • Assess third-party marketing vendor performance and manage vendor relationships.
  • Oversee the quality and final delivery of marketing assets and activities for each brand.
  • Gather and assemble dealership marketing performance data for analysis.
  • Track and report market, manufacturer, and competitor trends.
  • Track, report, and analyze marketing performance metrics related to return on investment and return on advertising spend.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders for relevant projects.
  • Recommend ways to optimize marketing plans and maximize efficiency and business results.

Ken Garff Automotive Group provides Thanksgiving meals to local veterans. Fort Collins and Greeley sites host drive-through giveaways as part of multi-state community service effort. Ken Garff Automotive Group is partnering with the Northern Colorado Veterans Resource Center and the Community Veteran Project to provide free Thanksgiving meals to veterans and military families during its annual "Drive Out Hunger" events in Greeley and Fort Collins. The effort is part of the company's "We're 'Hear' for You" community-giving initiative, which engages employees in hands-on service projects across nine states. Each vehicle that enters the drive-through will receive a tote bag containing a frozen turkey, sides, dessert, and cooking essentials - support intended to help Northern Colorado veterans enjoy a complete holiday meal. "Drive Out Hunger is our way of giving back to those who have given so much," said Brett Hopkins, CEO of Ken Garff Automotive Group.
