- Produce and evolve infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud.
- Propose pragmatic alternatives when a technical choice threatens execution because of complexity, costs, or technical debt.
- Help junior Site Reliability Engineers and DevOps Engineers develop key skills through on-the-job training based on a skills matrix.
- Practice pair programming, code review, and technical coaching.
- Analyze defects and incidents to strengthen team knowledge and improve the system.
